$3,375,000 Settlement – Trucking Accident

The plaintiff, a 36-year-old truck driver, was helping to unload steel off his truck at the Alro Steel Co., when his right hand and wrist were crushed by a load of steel after the straps from the crane broke. He underwent six surgeries, and developed complex regional pain syndrome which necessitated the implantation of a spinal cord stimulator for pain control.
