$3,980,000 Settlement – Surgical & Anesthesia Errors

A 64-year-old-man had his life dramatically altered in September of 2011 after a medically negligent decision was made by the physicians at Cook County Hospital to have a cardiology fellow, under the supervision of an attending cardiologist, perform an elective, non-emergent and planned bedside pericardiocentesis.
