In addition to his passion for the law, Tony works tirelessly as a member of numerous professional and civic organizations. He founded and served for seven years as board president of the Midwest Brain Injury Clubhouse, providing guidance and leadership to help the organization grow. He is also a past president of the Knapp Burn Foundation, The Justinian Society of Lawyers, and the Greater Barrington Area Lawyer's Guild. He is extremely active in the American Association for Justice; Workers Compensation Lawyer's Association; Illinois Trial Lawyers Association; Illinois State Bar Association, and the Chicago Bar Association.

Tony has won several awards, including a Citizens Bravery Award from the Chicago Police Department, the Italo American National Union Foundation's David Award for Excellence in the Profession of Law, and the Constitution Rights Foundation's Lawyer of the Year Award.
