Highland Park parade shooting survivors find hope after tragedy

Cooper Roberts and his mother, Keely, were shot when a gunman opened fire at a Fourth of July parade in Highland Park, Illinois, last summer. They’re speaking out to make sure the events are not forgotten and in hopes it changes the country. NBC’s Tom Llamas reports for TODAY.
