Attorneys Address Dam Failures and Flooding in Mid-Michigan

The devastating flooding in mid-Michigan during May of 2020 was NO accident, and should have been prevented. There were warning signs for years about trouble with the aging dams. The raging floodwaters destroyed homes, businesses and schools and forced the evacuation of more than 10,000 people.
