Romanucci & Blandin welcomes Attorney Javier Rodriguez, Jr. to the firm’s Civil Rights legal team

CHICAGO (July 21, 2022) – Romanucci & Blandin, LLC, a national personal injury firm primarily based in Chicago, announced the addition of an attorney to the Civil Rights legal team, working closely with Founding Partner Antonio M. Romanucci, Partner Bhavani K. Raveendran and others.

Javier Rodriguez, Jr. has most recently been a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Clare E. McWilliams in the Circuit Court of Cook County - Law Division, where he has worked on complex research and opinions related to wrongful death and personal injury litigation including toxic torts, premises liability and product liability. He has also served as a Contract Attorney at O'Hagan Meyer working on personal injury matters. Prior roles include work as a Legal Intern for the 2017 Minority Summer Internship Program for the Illinois Office of the State's Attorneys Appellate Prosecutor in Elgin, Illinois; a Public Interest Intern for the Commission on Hispanic Legal Rights & Responsibilities; a Student Clinician at the International Human Rights Clinic at the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law; and a Summer Law Clerk at a firm in Texas.

He graduated from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law in 2018 where he received the Edward T. Lee Full Tuition Scholarship, was on the Dean's List multiple times, received several Highest Grade Awards and was active with The John Marshall Law Review, Moot Court Honors Council, Evans A. Evans Constitutional Law Moot Court Team and the Student Bar Association. He earned his Bachelor's Degree in Social Science from Evangel University.
