Romanucci & Blandin is proud of our team members’ leadership in professional associations and the community on diversity and inclusion. As an example, Partner Bhavani K. Raveendran is a Founding Member and Co-Chair of the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association Diversity and Inclusion Committee, a Council Member of the Illinois State Bar Association’s Human Rights Section as well as Co-Editor for the group’s newsletter, and is on the Board for the American Association for Justice Minority Caucus, as well as in the group's Diversity and Inclusion Leadership Academy. She presents often to various organizations on implicit bias. Partner Martin D. Gould holds a leadership role in the Racial Justice Coalition of the Chicago Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Section.
