We work with referring attorneys to determine how involved they want to be in a case so roles and responsibilities are clearly defined for efficiency. Our Referring Attorney Process
We do everything we can to make the referral experience very positive for everyone involved. By accepting your referral, we enter into a contract with you and your client and determine how we will distribute the fees. We do this to ensure everyone has the same information and is protected.
We offer substantial referral fees and have designed our procedures in accordance with Article VIII, Rule 1.5 of the Supreme Court of Illinois Rules of Professional Conduct, Illinois Rules of Professional Conduct, Rule 1.5(f)-(h).
