Background

David T. Grasso serves as an Attorney at Romanucci & Blandin, where he focuses his legal practice on cases involving those who have been injured in premises liability accidents, sexual abuse involving serial predators, motor vehicle and trucking accidents, construction and workplace accidents, and those that result from defective products. He works closely with Partner Jason J. Friedl.

The desire to help people in need motivated David to become a personal injury attorney as a way to be a lifeline to others in their time of need and to help them seek justice and accountability.

David earned his law degree from the DePaul University College of Law and his undergraduate degree from Indiana University. He also participated in the Semester at Sea program through the University of Virginia.

During law school, David served as a law clerk at Romanucci & Blandin, working closely with the legal team on brief writing, depositions, trial preparation and mediation memos.  He also helped his team with in-court support during a premises trial.  Prior to law school, he was a manager at a logistics company in Chicago, where he was responsible for managing client relationships and team performance results.

David is admitted to practice in Illinois before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.

In his free time, David enjoys spending time with his wife and family, as well as playing golf.
