Chicago attorney, Antonio Romanucci of Romanucci & Blandin shares details of the filing of multiple lawsuits on behalf of victims of the Route 91 Festival shooting in Las Vegas, NV. The lawsuits name as defendants: MGM Resorts International, Mandalay Bay, Live Nation Entertainment, Live Nation Group, the Estate of Steven Paddock, Slide Fire Solutions, Doe Manufacturers and Roe Retailers – manufacturers and retailers of the used bump stock device. Romanucci, who is also currently representing plaintiffs in the mass shootings that occurred at Pulse Nightclub in Orlando, Florida spoke with HLN about the pending litigation process and how he hopes that real policy change can come from these lawsuits.
