Amir Locke's father, Andre Locke Sr., supports legislation to end deadly no-knock warrants

Minnesota Rep. Ilhan Omar has reintroduced a bill named after Amir Locke that looks to ban no-knock warrants. Locke’s father, Andrew Locke Sr., attended the State of the Union address alongside Rep. Omar on Tuesday night.
