Chief Communications Officer Jennifer McGuffin Named Woman of the Year in Advertising, Marketing and Public Relations by the prestigious Stevie® Awards

Romanucci & Blandin, LLC, a national litigation firm primarily based in Chicago, announces Chief Communications Officer Jennifer McGuffin has been named the winner of the Woman of the Year in Advertising, Marketing and Public Relations award in the 17th annual Stevie Awards for Women in Business.  Jennifer was awarded the Gold trophy, the highest level. 

Jennifer was recognized for her dedication to the firm’s communications and marketing activities, including media relations on a range of high profile civil rights cases including representing the families of George Floyd and Daniel Prude, environmental matters like the ethylene oxide exposure case involving Sterigenics, representing clients who lost loved ones due to Boeing 737 MAX negligence and pursing justice for consumers after Commonwealth Edison admitted to a bribery scheme. Jennifer leads the firm’s communication team which also created a thought leadership series called Cases & Concepts to allow the firm’s attorneys to create educational videos or written blogs on timely legal issues. This impactful work all was done while overcoming Breast Cancer treatment in 2019 as a single mom.

Gold, Silver, and Bronze Stevie Award winners were determined by the average scores of more than 180 business professionals around the world, working on seven juries.
