$1,000,000 Settlement – Premises Liability Party Plexiglass Collapse

While attending a party on the rooftops of two buildings joined by a ramp, our client, a 19-year-old female, crossed a Plexiglass-covered shaft when the Plexiglass shattered, and she fell two stories to the ground below, hitting the sides of the buildings on the way down.

She sustained a shattered vertebra, which caused paraplegia, and developed post-traumatic stress disorder.
