$1,385,000 Settlement – Auto Accident Restaurant Premises Liability Wrongful Death

A restaurant patron was struck and killed when a car driven by an 85-year-old man crashed through the window of a sandwich shop. We argued in court that the restaurant, part of a national chain, should have installed protective barriers in front of its parking lot spaces that directly faced the windows. The deceased man was survived by his parents and three sisters.
