$1,450,000 Settlement – Irresponsible Lane Change Car Motorcycle Collision

A collision took place in May of 2018 in Mundelein, Illinois, in which a 65-year-old man riding his motorcycle was struck by a vehicle driving irresponsibly during a lane change. The Plaintiff was thrown from his motorcycle onto the pavement, causing multiple fractures to his foot and injuries to his subscapularis muscle, requiring surgery and other medical treatments. The Plaintiff had intended to work until he turned 70, but because of the injury and his line of work, he was forced to retire.
