$1,850,000 Settlement – Stopped Car Trucking Rear End Car Collision

In July 2015, our client Albert traveled to Florida with his wife and son. They were stopped in traffic on the southbound Florida Turnpike when the defendant truck driver rear-ended their car at 50 mph.

Albert suffered a fractured T3 vertebra with 6 mm displacement, ligament injuries at T3-T4, thecal sac compression at T4, and an epidural hemorrhage at T4-T5. He underwent T1-T5 fusion with implantation of titanium rods and screws. Allegedly, he also suffered a moderate traumatic brain injury, which left him with intermittent dizziness and memory loss.
