$1,900,000 Settlement – Pharmaceutical Error Lethal Morphine Dose Wrongful Death

Prior to litigation commencing, the wife of a 50-year-old man received restitution upon her husband’s untimely death after he was prescribed a lethal dosage of morphine. Her husband, who had recently been given a good prognosis after finishing rounds of chemotherapy for treatment of his tongue cancer, died after being given six times the normal dosage of morphine by the pharmacy.
