$2,000,000 Settlement – Hospital Medical Negligence Delayed Diagnosis Wrongful Death

A 41-year-old female complaining of shortness of breath and chest pain that radiated from her chest wall down her left arm and abdomen lost her life following a delayed diagnosis of an abdominal aortic aneurysm. She died while waiting to undergo surgery to repair the aortic dissection at the University of Chicago Medical Center, after spending over eight hours in the hospital.
