$3,300,000 Settlement – Premises Liability Six Story Fall Traumatic Brain Injury
A $3.3 million settlement was reached on behalf of a four-year-old boy who fell out of a sixth-story window in a South Side Chicago housing complex. The young boy sustained bilateral femur fractures requiring surgery, a right pubic rami fracture, a C1 vertebral fracture, and a traumatic brain injury.
