$3,350,000 Settlement – Workplace Fall Wrongful Death
A 50-year-old male, survived by his wife and two adult children, died in a fall at a job site in June of 2012. Allegedly, the defendant failed to provide fall protection equipment. A confidential insurer paid the settlement. The Plaintiff's legal team also secured a waiver of the workers’ comp lien.
