$300,000 Settlement – Premises Liability Bathroom Fall

Our client, an over-the-road trucker, was a guest at the Carlton Inn Midway when he became injured following a shower. He placed his foot on the toilet seat to dry his legs, but the seat was loose and shifted, causing him to lose his balance and fall to the ground.
