$325,000 Settlement – Nursing Home Negligence Stairway Accident

The family of a 47-year-old man received restitution upon his untimely death following a fall off the stairs of a nursing home.

The man suffered multiple fractured ribs, a left shoulder fracture, facial and skull fractures, wrist fractures, vertebral fractures, multiple contusions, and closed head injuries, which caused his death.
