$345,000 Settlement – Medical Malpractice Brain Injury
In 2010, our client, a 65-year-old wife, nurse and mother of two grown children, suffered a cardiac arrest as a result of medical malpractice, which resulted in an anoxic brain injury.
As a result of the malpractice, she sustained permanent and significant memory loss, can no longer carry out her activities of daily living with the same ease, and was never able to return to work as an RN.
