The Plaintiff underwent eyelid surgeries in April and October of 2013. During that time, the ophthalmologist performing the procedures allegedly failed to identify a suture that migrated and scratched the Plaintiff’s cornea, resulting in permanent and significant corneal scarring, trichiasis and vision loss.
