$4,900,000 Settlement - Stop and Frisk

Initially filed in 2015, appointed by a judge as a class action in 2021, Chicago City Council approved the $4.9 million settlement for a short list of named plaintiffs and a long list of injunctive relief to bring meaningful change to CPD policies for stopping individuals.
