$600,000 Settlement – Construction Accident Workplace Injury Disfigurement

A male laborer was repairing a cable supporting netting on the upper floors of the Trump Tower project when the wind snapped the steel hook holding the cable. The Plaintiff’s jobsite-issued safety glasses did not fit properly and allowed a piece of metal to penetrate his left eye. Despite surgeries, the Plaintiff suffers from partial vision loss, double vision, and disfigurement.
