$623,000 Verdict - Transportation & Car Accidents

Partner Michael D. Cerasa and Attorney Isabella A. Mazzanti obtained an over $620,000 verdict on behalf of our client in a motor vehicle accident. Lights maintained by the city had been stuck on green for our client's direction and red for the other driver's direction. The city was notified multiple times by both law enforcement and residents of the issue, but a city employee failed to provide a temporary solution or fix prior to the accident. The other driver ran a red light and struck our client, who suffered permanent injuries.
