$623,000 Verdict – Faulty Red Light Car Accident

Partner Michael D. Cerasa and Attorney Isabella A. Mazzanti obtained a verdict of over $ 620,000 on behalf of our client in a motor vehicle accident. City-maintained lights were stuck on green for our client and red for the other driver. Both law enforcement and residents notified the city multiple times of the issue, but a city employee failed to provide a temporary solution or fix it before the accident.
