$675,000 Settlement – Premises Liability Porch Railing Collapse

Our Plaintiff fell from the roof/balcony area of his apartment complex when a porch railing/parapet wall gave way as he leaned on it. The Plaintiff fell to the ground approximately 12 feet below, sustaining significant injuries to his foot and ankle that required fusion.
