Investigation into sexual abuse of lifeguards in the Chicago Park District

Our lawsuit for sexual abuse of a female Chicago Park District lifeguard is a key part of a recent article by WBEZ5 reporter Dan Mihalopoulos. In the story, he details settlements of similar cases with three former lifeguards for nearly $2 million but also shares evidence that the Park District is not being transparent on these cases.
