14-year-old honor student pinned by off-duty Chicago Police Officer

R&B retained to represent the family of a 14-year-old honor student, who is also of Puerto Rican heritage, pinned to the ground without question by an off-duty Chicago officer who mistakenly thought the boy stole a bicycle. The incident took place on July 1, 2022, in Park Ridge, Illinois.
