Police still investigating case of deputy who fatally shot man and dog.

Oscar Herrera, 32, was shot and killed by a Hillsdale County Sheriff’s deputy on April 28, after he allegedly confronted the deputy armed with a knife, upset the deputy killed his dog, according to the Michigan State Police.
