Waukegan releases reasons for firing officer who killed Marcellis Stinnette

The documents show minutes before a Waukegan police officer Dante Salinas fired the shots that killed Stinnette and wounded Williams, officer James Keating reported over the radio that “they just ran me over” after he approached the couple in a parked car, according to Waukegan police reports and video obtained by the Lake County News-Sun.
