New body camera footage shows Elk Grove Village man shot by police after calling 911 on himself

... Antonio Romanucci, whose firm has been representing the Murray family, alleged Monday that body camera footage released by the Elk Grove Village Police Department has been edited to favor the officers.

“What was released is an edited movie,” Romanucci said Monday. “Meant to confuse viewers about the legality of what officers are required to do to de-escalate a situation like this with a clearly emotionally distressed person.”
