Lee’s Summit family asks judge to order release of video after deadly deputy shooting
A Lee’s Summit family hired a civil rights law firm to push for answers in the death of their 19-year-old son.
Romanucci & Blandin, LLC filed a court petition on behalf of the parents of Saveion McConnell. The 19-year-old died after his parents say he was hit by a patrol vehicle and then shot multiple times by a Lafayette County Sheriff’s deputy.
