Romanucci is the recipient of the prestigious Richard D. Hailey Distinguished Service Award presented by the American Association for Justice (AAJ).

The Hailey Distinguished Service Award recognizes members of the AAJ Board of Governors who, during the past year, have been of special assistance to the President of the association. Antonio was honored at the July 22, 2025, AAJ Board of Governors meeting in San Francisco, California.
