Background
Devon is a paralegal who works with attorneys on the firm’s renowned Civil Rights team, with a focus on Prisoners’ Rights and Police Misconduct cases.
Before joining R&B, Devon worked mainly as a paralegal in student and special education law for K-12 and higher education, with a focus on IEPs/504 Plans, Title IX compliance, discrimination, and disciplinary matters.
He is a member of Lambda Epsilon Chi, the Paralegal National Honors Society.
Devon obtained a B.S. in Legal Studies and Political Science, with a minor in Peace and Conflict Resolution, from Illinois State University.
In his free time, Devon volunteers at the Center on Halsted and plays club volleyball, kickball and dodgeball. He also enjoys cooking and exploring new cuisines.
