$1,500,000 Settlement – Renal Disease Treatment Center Medical Malpractice Wrongful Death

$1.5 million settlement on behalf of a mother in a case alleging the wrongful death of her daughter against a renal disease treatment center. The settlement terms restrict further details from being shared. All parties agreed to the settlement on October 18, 2023, in Cook County Circuit Court.
