WGN: American Airlines sued for alleged sexual assault on flight by previously accused passenger

American Airlines has been hit with a civil lawsuit after a woman claimed she was sexually assaulted during a flight by a passenger who has been accused in similar incidents.

Barbara Morgan said the incident unfolded in April of 2024 while she was traveling from San Fransisco to Dallas on an American Airlines red-eye flight to visit her son.
