KSTP: BCA report shows a 92% drop in no knock warrants served since 2022

KSTP in Minnesota interviewed Karen Wells, mother of Amir Locke, about no-knock warrants and the decline in their use since the police shooting death of her son in 2022.

“I feel like, with the numbers dropping, he’s saving lives, but his life wasn’t saved,” Karen Wells, the mother of Amir Locke, told 5 EYEWITNESS NEWS.
