The medical office is Hanson Family Chiropractic, based in Batavia, Illinois. The Kane County State’s Attorney’s Office has charged the office owner, David Hanson, with recording multiple adults and children in his medical practice. Reports indicate that Hanson recorded patients with hidden cameras in a room used for red-light or near-infrared light therapy in his Batavia office.

The State’s Attorney’s Office says Hanson was also found to be in possession and dissemination of sexual images of children, which is unrelated to the office’s recordings.
