14 Attorneys at Romanucci & Blandin Honored by Their Peers as Leading Lawyers or Emerging Lawyers for 2021

October 6, 2020

Romanucci & Blandin, LLC today announced that 14 attorneys at the firm have been recommended by their peers and approved by Leading Lawyers 425 Member Advisory Board, as Leading Lawyers or Emerging Lawyers for 2021. Specifically, six lawyers at the firm have been named Leading Lawyers for 2021 and nine lawyers at the firm have been named Emerging Lawyers.

Firm co-founder Antonio M. Romanucci is once again a Member of the Leading Lawyers Advisory Board and is one of the Top 10 Personal Injury Plaintiff’s lawyers in the state of Illinois. The invitation to be included in the Leading Lawyers Advisory Board and to assist with the rigorous vetting process, is extended only to those Leading Lawyers who were most often recommended by their peers in their respective area of practice and/or region of the state. Antonio has been a Leading Lawyer and an Advisory Board Member since 2003 – the first year Leading Lawyers were announced in Illinois.   Co-founder Stephan D. Blandin was also named to the Leading Lawyers list again, continuing his placement on the list since 2003.

“Our firm’s ongoing and growing presence on the Leading Lawyers and Emerging Lawyers lists is a testament to the quality of our work and our dedication to our clients. We are honored to have so many of our attorneys recognized this year,” said Stephan D. Blandin, Founding Partner, Romanucci & Blandin, LLC.

“Less than 5% of the more than 98,000 lawyers licensed to practice in Illinois achieve the distinction of being named Leading Lawyers and less than 2% earn the Emerging Lawyers distinction,” said Leading Lawyers Publisher Scott C. Anderson. “It’s a great honor to be recognized as a Leading Lawyer or Emerging Lawyer, and all the more so when you consider that this is what their competitor peers have said about them.”

Leading Lawyers surveys lawyers in Illinois and asks, “If a family member or friend needed legal help and you couldn’t take the case, to whom would you refer them?” To maintain the quality and credibility of the Leading Lawyers survey, lawyers may not nominate themselves or anyone at their law firm.

Emerging Lawyers are those professionals who have been identified by their Leading Lawyer peers to be among the state’s top lawyers age 40 or younger, although no age limit applies if the lawyer has practiced for a decade or less. Lawyers cannot buy the distinction of being a Leading Lawyer or an Emerging Lawyer.
