Medical malpractice a leading cause of death in U.S.

Romanucci & Blandin, LLC, is outraged that an estimated 98,000 people die each year from preventable medical errors and that over 180,000 people are injured every year by preventable medical errors.

Romanucci, is to reduce the incidents of malpractice. “More people die from preventable medical errors than from diabetes and Alzheimer’s disease,” he said. “And the number of preventable medical errors is very close to the number of accidents that lead to death.”
